Notary Public Services
We will verify the authenticity of the facts set out in your documents and sign and seal to have your documents notorized. Some countries want documents to be countersigned by their Embassies ( termed legalisation) and this will take several days unless you want to take them to the Embassy in person and wait in line. We do not have set charges for our notary service. A fee is charged which is appropriate for the level of service offered. It will help a lot if you can send or fax a copy of your document to us before your appointment, so we can tell the fee in advance. You need to bring good evidence of identity. Generally this will have to be a current valid passport.
Litigation and Arbitration
Our Litigation and Arbitration lawyers in Phuket have the necessary local knowledge to represent you in civil, criminal, property and family law, by means of litigation or arbitration. Our team of lawyers have extensive expertise in court procedures in various Thai jurisdictions. They approach disputes ensuring we undertake a course of action to achieve the most preferred outcome at the lowest possible cost.
Arbitration facilitates communication among parties involved in a dispute to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. In arbitration, the participants resolve their own dispute with a goal of fairness for all parties. Family, business, property, organisational and personal injury disputes can be effectively arbitrated to a fair and constructive resolution with input from all concerned. This allows people to get on with their lives and saves the expense of litigation.

Marriage
If you are considering getting married in Thailand or registering your marriage in Thailand, congratulations! A legal marriage in Thailand consists of both parties registering their marriage in person with the local Thai Amphur (Local District Office). We can help you register your marriage, and translating all the required documents. We can also act as an interpreter at the Local District Office.
Prenuptial Agreement
A prenuptial agreement is a contract entered into by two people before their marriage. They decide how their property will be divided if they get a divorce, legal separation, or annulment, or when one of them dies. The contract contains all of these agreements. Sometimes couples wait until they are married to make these agreements – then the contract is a “marital agreement.”
Immigrations disputes
We provided you with lawyers who have experience in immigration law, so that you will avoid any problems which can occur during your stay here in Phuket, no matter if you are here for holiday or business.
Legal Will Writing Service
Ensure that your belongings (estate) pass to the people you choose without delay or argument. Making a Last Will is as much about your wishes as your wealth. It means that you take the decisions about which of your possessions goes to whom, whether they are financial or simply sentimentally valued possessions. Last Wills, for whatever reason, are something that most people think about, and realise the importance of, but often they don’t get around to making one, thus inevitably leaving their loved ones in a needless panic at a time when they most need reassurance. Act now, put things in order, its your life’s work.
